I am very passionate about supporting quality evidence generation to inform effective programs and efficient service delivery systems, and in 2019, it dawned on me that to achieve more of this I needed to impact young people with the knowledge and skills that I have gained from more than 10 years of working as a research consultant. It is in that light that I found CREMES Research Mentorship Program.

Since inception of the program in 2019, I have continuously been investing in innovating tools and approaches for making research concepts easier to grasp and apply among young aspiring researchers with a goal of facilitating them to produce research products of similar quality as those produced by experienced researchers like myself. And, I am happy to share that some of these tools have been working extremely well to an extent that they facilitated me to delegate research tasks requiring advanced research skills to junior researchers with excellent results; something I hardly did before secondary to the fear of jeopardizing quality.

Having seen the impact of my training approaches among junior researchers, in 2022, I decided to dedicate the rest of my career towards supporting capacity building activities in research as well as career development among young people aspiring to become researchers.
