About Me

Dr. Catherine Kahabuka MD, PhD

Founder & Lead Consultant – CREMES International
Creator of the Muscle2Brain Framework

My journey began with a deep conviction that research is more than data—it’s a powerful tool for transforming lives, systems, and societies. Trained as a medical doctor and public health researcher, I’ve spent the past 15+ years consulting across 18 countries, leading over 100 research and strategic assignments for 45+ global institutions.

As the Founder of CREMES International—a research and consulting firm headquartered in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, with a sub-office in Nairobi, Kenya—I lead a team committed to delivering high-impact work that informs policy and drives development outcomes across Africa and beyond.

While research remains my technical foundation, my greatest passion lies in training, mentorship, and coaching. To date, I’ve supported over 500 professionals—through masterclasses, one-on-one coaching, and group mentorship—helping them build meaningful careers in research and consulting.

This passion is what led me to develop the Muscle2Brain Framework, a five-level roadmap that helps professionals shift from effort-based income to influence-driven impact and wealth.

If you’re ready to grow your expertise, build your credibility, and rise into the career you deserve, welcome to my world of transformation.
